Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OberonGG, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Service Description

OberonGG provides hunt analysis tools, combat simulators, calculators and a marketplace for Tibia Online players. Some features may be free, while others require a Premium subscription.

3. Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must authenticate via Discord or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under it. OberonGG reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Marketplace Conduct Rules

By using the marketplace, you agree to:

• 01.Not post false or misleading listings.
• 02.Not use the platform for illegal or abusive practices.
• 03.Not spam or attempt to defraud other users.
• 04.Not facilitate the purchase, sale or exchange of Tibia accounts or gold for real money (RMT), in accordance with the official Tibia Rules.
• 05.Acknowledge that OberonGG is only an intermediary and is not responsible for transactions between users.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed by third parties (Stripe/MercadoPago). We do not issue refunds after exclusive features have been used, except in cases provided for under Brazilian consumer protection law.

6. Intellectual Property

All OberonGG content and software are the exclusive property of the platform. Tibia and all related assets are registered trademarks of CipSoft GmbH. OberonGG is not affiliated, endorsed or associated with CipSoft GmbH.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of our tools or for losses related to the game Tibia.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Major changes will be announced on the platform.

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP, Brazil are elected to settle any disputes.
